Let’s Clarify – Cruz Lied Again – Trump Was Against Libyan War – Proof

Tonight at the GOP debate in Houston, Senator Ted Cruz came out and stated that Donald Trump supported the Libyan invasion to take out Qaddafi.

For the record, let me provide proof that Donald Trump did NOT support action in Libya!

Cruz lives to lie. I received a fund raising letter from him asking again for money . In it he said he needed it because Trump was going to “unleash a BILLION dollar war chest.” To date trump using his own money has spent one fm the least of all the candidates. Last week I got another f U draining letter from Cruz, ( they don’t stop a long with the calls) saying that he did not have large donors supporting him which is a flat out lie.

    • Miss Annie

You are right! It is a flat out lie! I have seen a couple of copies of those letters from Cruz floating around twitter. Some were not very nice. Almost shaming! Cruz has plenty of money from his large donors, especially Club for Growth!

I would love to know how that asshole got my email address as I never did an opt-in to receive any emails from him. So, he is spamming people which is illegal but so are all the undocumented people in this country and he does nothing to follow that law either. Shocking!

      • Miss Annie

I received something from him too. I don’t know how he got my address either. I never donated or signed up, or gave my address out to any political faction. Bizarre. He must have bought info in batches somewhere. He is so slimy!

So asking for donations makes him a liar? Trump has been proven to have lied numerous times since he’s started his campaign, but your just too blind to see it. He’s lied about supporting univeral healthcare, he lied about the Libya/ Hillary issue, He lied telling people in Nevada that Cruz had already left the state when he was almost in the same area at a town hall meeting talking to people. Now he’s telling people under the advice of his attorney that he can’t release his tax returns because he’s being audited, but Trump mistakenly mentions that he’s been audited for the last 12 yrs and now the IRS is involved and they said theres no reason why Mr. Trump can’t release his taxes from prior years that have already been audited….he’s lieing out his butt…….and I’ve got proof that he’s lied about all these research because unlike you I’ve done my research. Instead of explaining his plans, all you hear is. really really, liar liar, threatens people, says he could kill or punch someone and no one would care, uses profanity on national TV……shall I go on? So what the Cruz campaign is asking for money….they all do that. So quit making accusations without any basis of facts.

This SOB needs to be removed from the running.

Politifact and Buzzfeed are both funded by the left. Please do your research. Always follow the money to understand relevancy.

      • Noyb Nal

There is a video of Trump speaking about it in his own words.

      • Noyb Nal

He is on VIDEO saying it. He also said it on CNN.

    • Byron Shutt

Hhahahahaahahahaha another dope duped by the leftist propaganda.

      • Byron Shutt

Sound like a Cruz supporter. OhOh lyin Ted has some ‘splainin to do.

        • smalltown

          Byron,

You sound like a low information Trump supporter. You haven’t addressed my statements and questions. Let me throw one more out there. If ted cruz is with nau/cfr how come Richard haass the boss of CFR has not met with him but has met with Trump, Kasich, and Hillary?

          • Byron Shutt

Don’t feel bad…Cruz did this to HIMSELF. Maybe he can Clinton his way out of it, but I doubt the MSM will cover for him like they did Clinton.

          • smalltown

            Byron,

I feel bad, but not for Cruz. I feel bad for you, you have yet to address my statements, you are trying to sound like Trump himself, trying to play on emotions and no real substance.

          • Miss Annie

Are you serious? It is basic information that Cruz’s wife works not only for the CFR and drafted the NAU herself, but also works for Goldman. Ever wonder why Cruz didnt vote on the Audit the Fed bill? Conflict of interests I would say.

          • smalltown

Heidi cruz only wrote one paragraph and that paragraph supported smaller government.

Only two candidates have NOT met with Richard Haass, he is the boss of CFR. Those two candidates are ted cruz and Bernie Sanders. So if if a candidate who is not influenced by cfr is important to you, then you would vote for either Cruz or Sanders. Since you come across as being against cfr and don’t like Cruz, that would mean you would be voting Bernie.

    Trump on Libya:

    From last night:

“I never discussed that subject. I was in favor of Libya? We would be so much better off if Gaddafi would be in charge right now.”

    From 2011:

“But we have go in to save these lives; these people are being slaughtered like animals,” he said. “It’s horrible what’s going on; it has to be stopped. We should do on a humanitarian basis, immediately go into Libya, knock this guy out [Gaddafi] very quickly, very surgically, very effectively, and save the lives.”

So newsmax reporting that Trump is endorsed by Jimmy Carter. Dennis Michael Lynch, who is a big Trump supporter, and well liked in conservative circles acknowledged Trump being supported by Carter. Carter also called Trump malleable, which means easily influenced. Is that what you want as a president? Also concerned that Trump is owned by the banks. He has many loans out there. Also concerned about the last time a billionaire ran for president, a Clinton won the white house. That will definitely happen again if Trump gets nomination. Hilary will run ads and campaign about Trump being a arrogant sexist bully. Trump will have a Rick Lazio moment and Hilary will win going away. Probably by 10% easy.

FYI, if you don’t thoroughly research all candidates, you won’t truly make an informed decision. I have been doing research since before the first debate. I liked Trump in the beginning, but he is all talk no action. His loans from banks means that they own him. He has bought politicians, that makes him a lobbyist. Rubio being gang of 8 is too establishment. Kasich is too establishment, Carson is too passive. Cruz is consistent. He has made some mistakes, but he has owned up to them, even owned up to one that was not necessarily his fault as well. There is no perfect candidate. Don’t vote by emotions, vote after doing complete research.
